Return & Exchange Policy

• The right to return or exchange is fully guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products offered on our store.

• All products displayed on our store are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• A return or exchange is accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

• Please take a photo of the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number so we can replace it with another product if the item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.

• A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description provided on our product page.

• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product usage that were not mentioned on our product page.

• A 30% deduction, or a minimum of 25 MAD, will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or issue.
